1. Booking and Payment
• Deposit:
• For bookings made more than 75 days before arrival: A 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
• For bookings made within 75 days of arrival: The total rental amount is payable as a deposit. • Balance Payment:
• When a 20% deposit has been paid, the remaining 80% balance is due at least 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
• Taxes and Charges:
• Any additional taxes or charges implemented by government or regulatory bodies after booking will be communicated promptly and are the responsibility of the guest.
2. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited. • Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited.
• Cancellation between 1 and 29 days before arrival: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited. • No-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited.
• Amendments: • Any change to a confirmed booking is considered a cancellation and may be subject to the above cancellation fees.
• Force Majeure: • In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the booked property due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to transfer guests to an alternative property of similar type and value. If no such property is available, a full refund will be provided.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In:
• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM.
• Early check-ins may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
• Check-Out:
• Check-out time is by 12:00 PM.
• Late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
4. Guest Responsibility
• Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damage to the villa or its contents will be charged to the guest.
• The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all individuals staying at the villa.
5. Maximum Occupancy
• The villa accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. Additional guests without prior approval will incur extra charges or may result in the termination of the booking.
6. Use of Property
• The villa is for personal use only. Commercial use, unauthorized events, or parties are prohibited.
• Guests may not sublet or transfer the booking to another party without prior approval.
7. Liability
• Villa Sabar and its owners are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Guests use the facilities, including the swimming pool, at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
8. Smoking and Pets
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
• Pets are not allowed on the property.
9. Security and Safety
• Guests are advised to lock doors and secure valuables when leaving the villa.
10. Security Deposit
• A security deposit of USD 100 is required upon arrival.
• The deposit will be held as a precaution for the full cost of any incidental charges such as; replacement, repair or cleaning costs for accidental breakages, furniture, equipment, lost keys etc, in villa that may incur during your stay.
• The security deposit will be refunded after check out if no incident is recorded.
11. Damage
• The renter of the villa is responsible for all damages that have occurred in the villa or to the villa equipment and furniture during their stay.
•If damages occur, Villa Sabar reserve the right to charge the renter of the villa the full cost of repair or replacement if necessary.
•The renter of the villa is obliged to report any damages to the management immediately. Villa Sabar reserves the right to pursue the renter of the villa for any additional charges as a result of having to relocate future guests whilst the villa is being repaired.
11. Force Majeure
• Villa Sabar shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
•Villa Sabar reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of significant changes prior to their stay.
13. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. By completing a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
